Seat Reshaping and Lowering

Pirate Upholstery specializes in seat reshaping and seat lowering. The deciding factor on how much your seat can be lowered is the seats pan. In some cases the seat pan can be altered allowing the seat height to be lowered even more. All lowered seats have gel inlays to compensate for the loss of foam and what comfort it provided. Besides lowering seats we can alter almost any other aspect of a seats shape.

Heat Pads

Standard Heat Pad-

• This is a single pad for the rider and has a single temperature On/ Off switch
• 3 year/ 36,000 mile limited factory warranty
• Only draws 1.5 AMPS
• Bi-metal thermostat for temperature control
• Water proof On/ Off switch with LED light in the ON position

Luxury Heat Pad-

• This is a single pad for the rider and has a dual temperature, or "Hi-Lo" switch
• 3 year/ 36,000 mile factory warranty
• Only draws 1.5 AMPS
• Water Proof digital temperature controller regulates the high and low temperature settings
• Automatic shut-off function after 1 hour of continuous operation
• Water proof On/ Off switch with dual LED lights

 

Gel Inlays

Gel inlays diminish road impacts and vibrations. We inlay gel pads into the existing foam rather then just placing the gel on top of the foam. This leaves the seats shape unaltered.

Rain Covers

Pirate Upholstery now offers seat rain covers. Our covers will protect your seat from damaging sun and keep your leather seat dry in the rain. Far superior to stock Piaggio rain covers. Our covers will fit in your existing rain cover storage bin if your stock cover is removed. Available in the stock cover shape or our fitted design.

Vintage Helmet Restoration
